Eksistensi Pendidikan Memanusiakan Manusia Dalam Perspektif Filsafat Driyarkara

Abstrak
Artikel ini membahas tentang konsep pemikiran Driyarkara terkait pendidikan dalam konteks Indonesia. Dimana, pendidikan merupakan hal yang fundamental karena dengan pendidikanlah masa depan bangsa Indonesia ditentukan, penelitian mencoba mengkaji pemikiran Driyakara terkait konsep pendidikan yang memanusiakan generasi muda dalam konteks kehidupan multikultural Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan normatif. Premis mayor dan minor menjadi analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, kemudian menarik simpulan terkait konsep pemikiran Driyarkara tentang pendidikan untuk memanusiakan generasi muda dalam konteks kehidupan multikultural Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep pemikiran driyarkara dapat relevan dalam mengatasi permasalahan pendidikan di Indonesia melalui gagasan hominisasi dan humanisasi dimana peserta didik harus dipandang sebagai manusia jasmani yang dapat berubah karakteristiknya. Pendidikan hanya sebagai objek, namun manusia tetap harus menjadi penentu, oleh karena itu manusia harus mampu memanusiakan manusia lainnya dan diperkuat melalui pendidikan yang mengajarkan tentang kasih sayang sesuai dengan konsep Pancasila sehingga mampu mengatasi permasalahan bullying dan kekerasan yang terjadi pada peserta didik.
