Penguatan Leadership Skill Gen Z Melalui Pelatihan Analisis SWOT Pada Anggota Karang Taruna

Generasi Z (Gen Z), yang dikenal sebagai generasi digital native, menghadapi tantangan dalam mengembangkan leadership skill yang adaptif di era Society 5.0. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat leadership skill anggota Karang Taruna melalui pelatihan analisis SWOT yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik Gen Z. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang mencakup tiga tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa anggota Karang Taruna dapat mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman diri, serta merumuskan tujuan yang lebih jelas dan terarah. Kekuatan dan peluang anggota Karang Taruna memiliki proporsi yang signifikan, memberikan dasar strategis yang kuat untuk pengembangan leadership skill yang lebih adaptif dan inovatif. Pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran diri anggota Karang Taruna dalam mengenali potensi diri serta merumuskan tujuan dan arah yang lebih jelas. Dengan penguatan leadership skill yang kolaboratif dan adaptif, diharapkan pengabdian ini dapat menjadi model dalam pengembangan leadership skill Gen Z, serta mendorong partisipasi aktif anggota Karang Taruna dalam masyarakat dengan tujuan yang terarah dan terstruktur.
